Human Resources Manager

LimnoTech is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee key HR operations and partner with leadership to support employees across multiple locations. This role is based in the Ann Arbor, Michigan office and includes HR support for teams and remote locations in MI, MN, DC, and CA. Role Focus The Human Resources Manager will support core HR functions, including recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations and compliance, performance management, HR communications, workforce culture, and compensation and payroll. Responsibilities Recruiting and onboarding Benefits administration Employee relations and compliance Performance management Human resources communication Workforce culture Compensation and payroll Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and/or Business Minimum 5 years of Human Resources generalist experience; working with a dispersed workforce is helpful High emotional intelligence, strong conflict resolution abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to build relationships and provide guidance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Must be legally able to work in the U.S. for any employer (proper documentation is required) Location and Coverage The Human Resources Manager will be based out of the Ann Arbor, Michigan office. The role provides support to LimnoTech leadership and team members located in offices in MI, MN, DC, and CA, as well as remote locations. The salary for this position will be determined based on the candidate’s years and type of experience, degrees earned, office location, and fit with the job requirements.
