What You’ll Do Clinical & Wellness Services Administer IV Therapy (NAD+, energy blends, detox drips, weight support) Deliver Vitamin Shots (Lean B, Beauty B, CoQ10, and more) Operate Mild & Medical-Grade Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers Guide guests through Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, LightStim Red Light, and Lymphatic Compression Advanced Health Programs Lead guests through our Weight Optimization Program (Semaglutide/Tirzepatide, InBody scans, monthly check-ins) Perform Exosome IV Therapy Educate guests on protocols and wellness goals Consultation & Aesthetic Support Sell memberships and personalized service packages Guide guests through Lume’s aesthetic technologies: Provide product and service recommendations tailored to client goals Collaborate with your team to deliver a five-star experience during our busiest hours Who You Are Licensed RN in the State of Illinois Experienced with IVs and injections (or eager to master them) Sales-savvy and excited to guide guests into memberships or custom plans Passionate about longevity, wellness, and aesthetic medicine Available to work Friday through Monday (minimum 2 weekends per month) High-energy, organized, coachable, and people-first Why Join Lume Competitive hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses Paid training on IV protocols, BTL technology, HBOT, GLP-1s, exosomes, and more Team-based incentives and leadership opportunities Free and discounted wellness and aesthetic services #J-18808-Ljbffr Lume Wellness
