Hello PTs! Come work with a teacher and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Portland, OR area. What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy services in the school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Oregon PT License
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
