Host/Hostess Hospitality Responsibilities

· Greets Guests

· Checks on Guests in our Dining Room.

· Looks for opportunities to provide microbursts of hospitality.

· Anticipates needs of Guests in the Dining Room (for example, assists with highchairs, and offers to refresh beverages).

· Exhibits the CORE 4 (including but not limited to our hospitality standard procedures) and seeks opportunities to Create a Moment whenever interacting with Guests.

· Owns in-house strategy to Win Hearts Every Day.

· Assists Server with meal delivery.

· Ensures that guests have a clean and organized Dining Room in which to enjoy their dining experience.

· Cleans and sanitizes tables after Guests have finished dining.

· Ensures that the floor is clean of debris, dirt, and spills by sweeping and mopping.

· Replenishes the condiment table when items are low.

· Empties out the trash receptacles when they become full.

· Ensures that the bathrooms are clean and free of clutter (including toilets, mirrors, sinks, and floors).

· Ensures that windows and doors are clean.

· Assists with Mobile and DoorDash orders

Required skills/Abilities

· Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.

· Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

· Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the restaurant.

· Must be able to function in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.

· Climb up and down ladders to access products and supplies
