Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Stock options What You’ll Do We’ve grown fast, serving clients from scaling startups to Fortune 500 enterprises with 150k+ employees. Now we’re hiring our first full-time Business Operations Manager to own critical processes that keep the business running smoothly as we scale. You’ll manage user support, resolve issues, and build operational systems that grow with us. This is a hands-on role with full visibility across the business—you’ll partner closely with product, customer success, and engineering to deliver an exceptional experience to customers while improving internal efficiency. Required Startup Ops Experience: Worked for 2+ years at a VC backed Seed, Series A, or Series B startup in an operations or customer success role. Technical Familiarity: Comfortable using no-code/low-code tools and able to independently set up new workflows and processes in collaboration with engineering. Stakeholder Engagement: Confident communicating with senior stakeholders, leading weekly check-ins, and managing relationships with existing customers. Flexibility: A true generalist who’s willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle any operational task needed for the company. Thriving in Chaos: Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
