**Years of Experience Required:** - 3 Years (Community Hospital Experience preferred) **Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - AWHONN Advanced (preferred) - AWHONN Intermediate (preferred) **Skills Required:** - IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Administration of blood & blood products, Drawing Venous Blood, Start & maintain peripheral IV, Use of infusion pumps / drips / IV monitoring - Labor and Delivery Management: Amnioinfusion, Assist with vaginal delivery, Circulate for C-section, Forceps/vacuum extraction, Hemorrhage/shock, Recover C-Section, Sterile vaginal exam - Work Settings: Antepartum, Community Level experience, Facility births/month
