Mobile Health Coordinator — Special Populations & Outreach
Cabarrus-Rowan-Community-Health-Center
Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers seeks a Special Populations Coordinator to oversee special population clinics on our mobile unit. You will ensure adherence to policies, coordinate patient advocacy, health education, and community outreach, and support access to care for migrant workers, homeless, veterans, students, and other groups.
