Summary:

To provide a warm, welcoming greeting to our Guest, and to ensure that the Guests' dining experience is exceptional. To ensure that Guests are seated in a timely manner, and to provide a sincere and heartfelt thank you to each Guest as they leave.

The Job:

• Manage a wait list
• Greet Guests and escort them as soon as possible to a clean table
• Bid farewell to Guests leaving, and invite them to return
• Refill beverages
• Have a (basic) understanding of our menu
• Clean and reset tables
• Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
• Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and restaurant to company standards
