Job Description:
KlickWay Athletics is seeking a certified personal trainer to join our dynamic team in RENTON . The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized fitness programs for clients
- Ability to lead semi-private training, 1:1 training and group classes
- Provide nutritional guidance and support
- Track client progress and adjust programs as necessary
- Maintain a positive and motivating environment
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized organization
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction
- Strong knowledge of health and fitness
- Strong sales and closing experience (for training services)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading group classes
- Strong local network of clients that you can bring to the business
- Additional certifications in nutrition, yoga, or other fitness specialties
