Communicates with customers and ethically resolves disputes keeping the customer and company's interest in mind. Responsible for timely paperwork flow keeping work in process as low as possible. Provides timely and accurate invoices to customers with the assistance of service team members. Responsible for the human resources within the department, with a focus of maintaining a high level of technician productivity, efficiency, and safety. Recommends and oversees replacement and repair of internal physical assets. Qualifications High school diploma, college, and/or tech school helpful. Three or more years of experience with earth‑moving equipment parts and service in a customer contact position. Candidate must have proven track record in customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Positive attitude, problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communications. Candidate must be highly motivated and be able to work well in a team environment. Basic computer skills required.
