Qualifications
•    Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar (or the ability to become licensed in Arizona promptly). 
•    4 - 6+ years of litigation experience, with at least 3+ years of personal injury-related experience.
•    Experience managing a litigation caseload from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation. 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal matters to clients in a clear, compassionate manner. 
•    Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while taking ownership of cases and driving them forward independently. 
•    Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively partner with and mentor paralegals, legal assistants, and other support staff. 
•    Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and achieving outstanding results. 

Preferred Qualifications
•    Personal injury litigation experience representing plaintiffs. 
•    Deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial experience. 
•    Experience independently managing a high-volume litigation caseload. 
•    Proven record of obtaining favorable settlements and verdicts. 
•    Bilingual in English and Spanish. 
•    Familiarity with Arizona courts, judges, and local rules.

•    This position will oversee both pre-litigation and litigation matters. As our Phoenix office continues to grow and the litigation docket matures, the initial emphasis will be on managing pre-litigation cases, with litigation responsibilities increasing as the caseload develops.

Total Compensation Package:
