Compensation: Competitive flat daily rate; details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 24-hour call coverage with approximately 2 surgical cases per day and an average of 6 new consults daily; minimal PM coverage needs, especially after 10 PM; occasional half-day clinic coverage

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active Arizona medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (assistance available if license application is in progress)
• Current DEA registration
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of orthopedic surgery experience with recent case logs
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis)
