Platform Observability Lead — Incident & Reliability
Databricks Inc.
Databricks is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to shape platform observability and proactive monitoring. You will lead complex investigations, design observability solutions, and drive systemic improvements to enhance reliability and customer experience. You will develop monitoring and alerting, work with cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers on best practices. You’ll own incident lifecycle phases from detection to post-mortem in production environments, implementing scalable patterns and #J-18808-Ljbffr Databricks
