As Sales and Marketing Director at Roxboro Assisted Living, you will play a vital role in promoting our community and showcasing the unique benefits we offer to potential residents and their families. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive growth, increasing occupancy rates, and enhancing the overall visibility of our community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract and retain residents, highlighting our community's unique features, amenities, and services

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment to achieve marketing goals

• Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners to promote our community

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and optimize results

• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns , including advertising, social media, email marketing, and promotional events

• Monitor and report on marketing performance to measure success and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 0 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on senior living or healthcare marketing

• Strong understanding of marketing principles , including segmentation, targeting, and positioning

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships

• Proven project management skills , with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with marketing software and tools , including CRM systems and social media platforms

• Strong analytical skills , with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
