Aerospace PCB AOI Operator - IPC Certified QA

Mercury Systems seeks an experienced PCB quality inspector to verify in-process assemblies, perform spot checks, and document discrepancies. You will ensure conformance to BOM, customer specs, and IPC standards while escalating issues to leadership. The role requires hands-on soldering with a microscope, knowledge of IPC 610/7711/7721 where applicable, and operating Koh Young AOI equipment in a fast-paced environment.
