Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid, unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric populations preferred.
Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document per regulatory requirements.
New graduates welcome; clinical experience or internship experience in SNF/LTC settings preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
