Spa Director Requirements & Qualifications

Proven leadership experience managing Spa teams over 60
Proven ability to drive results in a luxury Spa Environment
Strong financial acumen and sales ability
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to develop people and build high-performing teams
Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and holding others accountable
High professional maturity and emotional intelligence

Spa Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork
Drive revenue, profitability, and retail sales through operational excellence
Analyze performance metrics and develop action plans for growth
Oversee daily operations while proactively addressing challenges
Provide ongoing training and recognize team successes
