Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with grade level team in the PLC model
• Prepare and teach all grade level content/standards
• Efficient in data protocol and planning with MTSS
• Help to plan for Intervention and Enrichment groups for all students
• Create instructional resources for use in the classroom
• Create a positive educational climate for students to learn in
• Participate in ongoing professional development
• Maintain grade books and prepare progress reports quarterly
• Use common assessments to drive instruction
• Utilize various curriculum resources
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
• Observe, evaluate, and report student's performance
• Manage student behavior in the classroom by invoking approved disciplinary procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Appropriate Indiana Education Licensure Able to work effectively and communicate with a wide range of students, staff and administration. Proficient and competent demonstration of reading and writing capabilities. Strong human relations skills, including professional tact, diplomacy and presentation. Multi-tasking ability and strong organizational skills. Ability to utilize 21st century technological skills to enhance teaching and learning.
