Also, you will make some great money. Starting at $15-16  per hour plus tips average $6.16/hr based on prior year) , putting you at close to $21.16-$22.16 per hour.

We're now hiring shift leaders for This website is not operated by Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems. Jersey Mike’s restaurants are independently owned and operated franchise locations. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the franchisee.. We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals who want to  lead a winning team at our Jersey Mike’s store. If you enjoy working with people and love to develop others, we want you to help lead our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong customer service and lead by example
  • Train and motivate team members
  • Handle cash and ensure accuracy in all transactions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Lead shifts and set the tone for the team

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to hold yourself and others accountable
  • Work closely with the Store Manager on daily operations
  • Deep commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to team success
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
