Commercial Litigation Mid-Level Associate

Position Summary Duane Morris LLP seeks a mid-level litigation associate to join its Trial Practice Group in its North Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in general commercial litigation. Candidates should have a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability, exude and inspire confidence. Superior research and stellar writing skills required, along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative are preferred. Experience managing discovery and taking depositions is required. NJ Bar admission required. Compensation The target annual pay range for this role is $250,000-290,000. Actual pay will vary based on relevant experience, skill set, current business needs, and market factors.
