Company Description: This position is based at a food, beverage, and cosmetics manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN, where forklift operators play a key role in keeping product and materials moving safely.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will:

1. Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely
2. Load and unload trailers
3. Move materials and finished goods throughout the facility
4. Maintain accurate inventory
5. Complete pre-shift equipment safety checks

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Scheduled shifts can vary as early as 6:00am and as late as 5:30pm for this department with occasional overtime, based on needs of the business.

Pay: $17 per hour

You're a great fit if you have:

1. 1+ years of forklift experience; certification is a plus
2. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
3. A strong focus on safety procedures
