What You Will Do:

• Find and close new business by proactively reaching out to potential clients through calls, networking, site visits, and industry eventsturning prospects into long-term partners.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts that ensure clarity, accuracy, and mutual successyour attention to detail makes the difference.
• Plan and coordinate the details of each event or group booking, including space setup, timing, equipment, menus, and billingmaking sure no detail gets missed.
• Create and track monthly SMART goals that align with hotel revenue targets and help you stay on courseand ahead.
• Manage existing relationships with professionalism and care, ensuring repeat business and enthusiastic referrals.
• Maintain organized, accurate records using systems like Delphi or CI/TY, so everyone stays informed and on track.

What We Are Looking For:

• 12 years in hotel sales, events, or marketing You understand how to move fast, multitask, and still make it personal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication You know how to engage clients and influence outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Organization is your superpower.
• Experience with Delphi, CI/TY, or similar tools It's a plus that helps you move fast and work smart.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated You thrive on deadlines and live for checklists.
