Vice President of Mission Critical - Owner/Operator

A leading owner and developer firm is seeking a Vice President of Mission Critical to lead and grow their mission-critical practice out of Austin, TX. This is a high-impact leadership role for an executive who knows how to win work, build lasting client relationships, and deliver complex projects for some of the most demanding owners in the industry.

The Opportunity

You will own the mission-critical business in your market, driving business development, leading project pursuits, and serving as the senior relationship holder for key developer and owner clients. You'll bring existing relationships and a reputation that opens doors, while operating with the full backing of an established, well-resourced platform behind you.

What You Bring

• Deep, established relationships with mission-critical developers and owners in the Texas/regional market
• Executive-level business development experience with a track record of winning and delivering complex mission-critical projects
• Strong understanding of the full Design-Build delivery model in the data center or mission-critical space
• The ability to lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team
• A reputation in the market that commands credibility with the most sophisticated clients

Compensation

Base salary of $300K with a target bonus of 125%, offering significant total cash compensation for the right candidate.
