Job Title: Aftermarket Performance Technician

Pay: $25–$32 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary

• Perform installation of aftermarket performance parts and support custom vehicle builds
• Work in a fast-paced environment focused on performance vehicles and quality craftsmanship
• Assist with shop operations while ensuring high standards of workmanship

Responsibilities

• Install aftermarket performance parts including exhaust, intakes, suspension, lighting, wheels, and bolt-on components
• Assist with performance builds and custom vehicle modifications
• Prepare vehicles for dyno tuning and final delivery
• Support daily shop workflow and operations
• Coordinate with team members on parts and installation timelines
• Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate with team members and occasionally customers regarding builds and upgrades

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive aftermarket modifications or performance shop work
• Strong hands-on mechanical skills and familiarity with tools and shop equipment
• Knowledge of performance parts and upgrades
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for cars and performance builds
• Valid driver's license preferred
