Office Manager

Our busy, client-focused CPA firm is seeking a reliable and well-organized Office Manager to support daily operations with a strong focus on efficiency and project management.

Office Manager Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$23.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Maintain a positive office atmosphere through leadership and communication Interact and problem-solve with the owner, staff, clients, and prospects
Develop and maintain administrative systems, records, and office procedures
Manage bookkeeping tasks including accounts receivable and billing systems
Assist with payroll processing and review
Coordinate key marketing initiatives

Office Manager Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in accounting and bookkeeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus
Associate degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Applicant may be subject to a background check
