POSITION - CNC MachineOperator

JOB LOCATION - Osseo, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE - Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp-to-hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) -3rd Shift (10:30pm to 7am, Sunday through Thursday)

STARTING PAY -$20 per hour (increases available based on attendance, performance, and attitude)

REQUIRED EDUCATION - None

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Person needs a mechanical mindset.

The MachineOperator will be responsible for cleaning parts and operating a CNC machine. Must be a good listener, own mistakes, follows instructions, detailed, honest. Automotive backgrounds are good, Metal CNC Operation experience is also good.

Responsibilities :

• Inspect and clean small parts
• Insert parts into machine, run machine, take part out and continue process

Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
• High School Diploma or GED desired
• Demonstrate a solid work ethic and reliability
• Prefer prior manufacturing experience and prior machining experience
• Automotive experience is a preference. CNC Operation experience in metal manufacturing is also preferred.
• Must be a good listener, someone who owns mistakes, follows instructions, is detailed, and honest.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for duration of shift on concrete floor
• Minimal twisting, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift/move 5-15 pounds
