Senior Specialist, Commercial Leadership Development Program
Scorpion Therapeutics
Role: Participant in a two-year Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) aimed at preparing future leaders for impactful roles in pharma commercial functions. Responsibilities: complete three rotational assignments across marketing, sales, operations, and market access contribute to strategic and operational initiatives partner cross-functionally apply data insights support launch planning and execution present findings to stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor’s degree at least 3 years of professional experience including pharmaceutical marketing or sales understanding of healthcare industry dynamics strong collaboration, project management, and adaptability skills Preferred: Master’s degree experience in product launch or market access business acumen digital fluency High-Value: Exposure to live launches, cross-functional fluency, understanding of healthcare economics, and compliance within a highly matrixed environment Work setup: Hybrid role based in Upper Gwynedd, PA, with 10% travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
