Maintenance Manager

Exciting Opportunity: Maintenance Manager for a Leading Company DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations for our esteemed client. As a key leader in the organization, you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency of facilities and equipment. Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to optimize productivity Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address issues Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and resources Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and health & safety regulations Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be available for on-call duties and emergencies as required Opportunity to transition into a permanent role with the client (with potential raise).
