Candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing M365 multi-tenant migration solutions that meet the business and technical requirements of our clients. Candidates provide technical guidance and support to the migration team and ensure the quality and timely delivery of the migration outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDeep understanding of AAD concepts such as domains, synchronization, federation, authentication, authorization, conditional access, and security. Individuals should have experience with the tools and methods for migrating users, groups, and devices from one tenant to another, such as Azure AD Connect, Azure AD Migration Tool, and PowerShell. Expert knowledge of M365 tenant migration tools such as Quest and methodologies.A migration expert should have a solid knowledge of Exchange Online architecture, features, and administration. The team should also be able to migrate mailboxes, contacts, calendars, and public folders from one tenant to another, using tools such as Hybrid Configuration Wizard, Exchange Admin Center, and PowerShell expertise.Expert knowledge of M365 tenant migration tools and methodologies.Strong grasp of SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business architecture, features, and administration. The team should also be able to migrate sites, libraries, lists, and files from one tenant to another, using tools such as SharePoint Migration Tool, Mover, and PowerShell. Good understanding of Teams architecture, features, and administration. The team should also be able to migrate teams, channels, chats, and files from one tenant to another, using tools such as Teams Migration API, Graph API, and PowerShell.Analyze the current state and future state of the client's M365 environment and identify the migration scope, risks, and dependencies.Design and develop migration strategies and plans that align with the client's business objectives and technical standards.Implement and manage the migration process using best practices and tools such as M365 Tenant to Tenant Migration, Azure Active Directory Connect, and PowerShell.Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of the migration solutions and resolve any issues or errors.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the migration team and coordinate with the project manager and stakeholders.Document and communicate the migration progress, status, and results to the client and internal teams.Ensure compliance with the security and governance policies and procedures of the client and our organization.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in M365 migration projects, including multi-tenant migration scenarios.Strong knowledge and skills in M365 services and features, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Security and Compliance Center.Proficient in migration tools and technologies, such as M365 Tenant to Tenant Migration, Azure Active Directory Connect, and PowerShell.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Certification in M365 or Azure is a plus.About NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
