As we continue to expand our Nevada operations, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in employee onboarding, personnel record management, certification tracking, compliance monitoring, and HR administration. Position Summary The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for maintaining employee records, tracking certifications and required documentation, supporting hiring and onboarding efforts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. What You'll Do Employee Records & Compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and employee records. Track required employee certifications, licenses, medical certifications, training records, and compliance documentation. Monitor expiration dates and proactively notify employees and management of upcoming renewals. Ensure personnel files remain compliant with company policies and applicable regulations. Maintain electronic and physical recordkeeping systems with a high level of accuracy. Onboarding & Employee Administration Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes. Prepare and process employment paperwork and new hire documentation. Verify completion of required employment documents and compliance requirements. Assist employees with questions regarding policies, benefits, and employment documentation. Support employee status changes, transfers, promotions, and separations. Recruiting Support Assist with job postings and applicant tracking. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications. Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Maintain applicant records and hiring documentation. HR Operations Generate reports related to employee records, certifications, training, and compliance. Support audits and internal reviews of employee documentation. Assist with policy acknowledgments and required company training tracking. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information. Provide administrative support to HR and Operations leadership as needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous Human Resources, administrative, compliance, or office management experience. Experience maintaining employee records and personnel files. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, or document management systems. Experience tracking certifications, licenses, training records, or regulatory documentation.
