Sr. Manager, Gift Card Program

Senior Manager, Gift Card Program – Miami, FL Role Summary This customer‑centric role is responsible for day‑to‑day operational administration and marketing planning of the gift card portfolio. It supports the development, implementation, management, and monitoring of all aspects of the program to deepen customer loyalty and drive optimal business results. The position reports to the Senior Director, Loyalty & Gift Cards. Responsibilities Responsible for the gift card annual budget and overall P&L Build solid relationships internally with HQ stakeholders, the franchisee community, and external partners such as 3rd party/retail brokers and vendors Engage frequently with Ops/Training/Guest Care teams to ensure they are well‑supported and informed of program activities Manage all 3rd party marketing placement calendar and budget, evaluating ROI and determining program cadence Help define the gift card strategy and build out the execution plan to promote portfolio growth Develop an annual calendar of promotions and marketing activities to drive YOY program growth Lead project management of new initiatives to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and within scope Coordinate teams to address system issues affecting program performance, implementing preventative measures Review key metrics, make recommendations for improvements, and support executive recaps and performance reviews Assist in integrating gift card campaigns into the marketing calendar and optimize campaigns via test‑and‑learn methods Monitor program trends related to suspicious or fraudulent activity Build and manage card production forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels Evaluate gift card designs and recommend changes to attract new buyers Drive program innovation with internal/external partners, defining new features or capabilities Serve as subject‑matter point of contact for related questions, issues, or assistance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5+ years of marketing and operations experience in nationally scaled gift card programs Solid understanding of gift card financial mechanics and budget management Experience with 3rd party/retail brokers and external partners Restaurant and franchise experience preferred Project management, large‑scale planning, and cross‑functional leadership skills required Critical thinker and sound decision maker capable of handling crisis situations Strong collaboration and influence skills Customer‑centric mindset challenging status quo to deliver exceptional member/guest experiences Ability to build solid relationships with internal partners and external vendors Benefits Insurance Plans (Medical, Life) Pension/401(k)/RSP (country specific) Competitive Bonus Mobility Allowance Tuition Reimbursement Company Holidays Volunteering Time And More Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $120,900 - $151,100 USD annually. Pay within this range will be determined in good faith based on job-related factors, which may include skills, experience, education/training, location, and internal equity.
