CNC Milling Machinist

ZELTWANGER CNC Manufacturing - USA manufactures specialized, high-precision parts and assemblies for a variety of industries such as manufacturing, automotive, and packaging. We are seeking a full-time CNC Machinist who possesses both excellent work habits and prior experience with high-precision machining. Responsibilities Produce high quality components, prototypes and small series on DMG Mori 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines. Set up and adjust machines for individual parts, prototypes, and small series. Inspect work using standard and automated inspection equipment. Interpret basic dimensions on a print. Maintain a clean work area and observe all safety procedures. Execute machine offsets and tool changes. Troubleshoot and clear machine alarm conditions as required. Qualifications Prior experience running 5-axis machines for high-precision parts, working in metric. Prior experience with Heidenhain and Siemens preferred. Knowledge of inventory control and general warehouse procedures. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods of time. Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
