Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in an outpatient setting.

Assignment Details

• Expected patient volume between 75 and 100 patients per week.
