Description As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide exceptional service to families via phone, email, and live chat. You’ll support enrollment inquiries, assist with online applications, guide document submissions, and ensure families feel supported throughout their journey with ResponsiveEd. Requirements Serve as the first point of contact for families calling or messaging the Customer Care Provide accurate information on enrollment processes, deadlines, school offerings, and documentation requirements Troubleshoot issues related to applications or student accounts Accurately log and track all interactions in our customer service platform (Freshdesk) Escalate urgent or complex cases to the appropriate team or Enrollment Manager Stay up to date on all Blue Learning's brands, school updates, and enrollment timelines Maintain a warm, professional tone that reflects Blue Learning's family-first mission #J-18808-Ljbffr
