Home Health Aides provide essential care and support to elderly patients primarily in private homes and assisted living facilities. They manage personal care, assist with medication, and help with mobility for 1-2 patients daily. This role demands reliable health monitoring, household assistance, and readiness to respond to emergencies while frequently traveling between patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to elderly patients
• Assist with medication management and reminders
• Monitor patients’ health and report changes
• Support patient mobility and physical activity
• Help with household tasks related to patient care
• Respond promptly to emergencies
• Travel daily between private homes and assisted living facilities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in home health care
• Basic nursing skills
• Strong patient care abilities
• Effective time management
• Skilled in observation and reporting
• Physical stamina to support patient needs
