School Based Speech Language Pathologist

Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Ellettsville, IN Schedule: Full-Time | School Year Position Setting: K12 Schools Empower Students Through Communication We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school team in Ellettsville, Indiana. This full-time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the communication skills they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication needs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings. Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements. Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and communication strategies. Educate families and school staff on evidence-based interventions that support student communication and learning. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply if eligible.
