Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Summary
Seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative to support the Collateral Release & Intake Team during a system conversion from AFS to Loan IQ . The role involves loan documentation review, inbox management, remediation of converted loan files, report cleanup, and project support.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the team Outlook inbox.
• Review and remediate converted commercial loan files.
• Clean up and maintain reports and documentation.
• Support collateral release and intake processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects related to system conversion.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all loan servicing activities.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of Commercial Loan/Loan Servicing experience.
• Experience reviewing loan documentation (Promissory Notes, Collateral Documents, etc.).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook inbox management.
• Project support, reporting, or remediation experience.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Pay Range: $21 - $23

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
