We are actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate with a strong work ethic to join a talented Global Talent Acquisition team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, proactive, and experienced recruiting professional to contribute to a rapidly growing 1000+ employee firm globally. The TA Associate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure that job requirements are met by identifying, attracting and on-boarding top talent efficiently and effectively meeting Peloton's dynamic business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Life Cycle Recruiting: Support the growth of Peloton through full life cycle recruiting to ensure that job requirements are met by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent efficiently and effectively to meet Peloton's dynamic business needs.
- Ownership over a set of strategic recruiting priorities and ensure ongoing building of talent pipeline to support strategic roles.
- Creatively source and identify candidates by utilizing multiple strategies including LinkedIn, social media, networking, cold calling, direct sourcing, and referrals.
- Facilitate and drive the interview and hiring process including:
- Managing candidate and internal team expectations
- Identifying any potential risk areas in the process
- Coordination and scheduling of interviews
- Proactively maintain and provide visibility to hiring market, inclusive of competitor trends and business conditions.
- Function as an ambassador of culture, value, work environment, business strategies, benefits, and other areas of interest to a candidate, as necessary.
- Provide support over Peloton's social media presence to create visibility to Peloton's openings and develop excitement around the Peloton brand.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 to 4 years of high-volume recruiting experience with at least 2 years of full life cycle technical recruiting expertise.
- Experience within the professional services industry, specifically within SaaS or Technology based implementation services organizations would be ideal.
- Proven ability to lead an efficient candidate process from sourcing through offer-acceptance communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external candidates throughout the process.
- Must have in-house recruiting experience (a blend of agency and in-house is acceptable).
- Experience with LinkedIn and other tools: utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as LinkedIn projects to source active and passive candidates.
- Proven success in managing a set of strategic hiring priorities and maintaining a talent pipeline.
- Prior experience as a Talent Advisor and partner to business stakeholders.
- Skills/Experience in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PPT
- Experience with the use of technology in workflow, such as the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, and passionate about working in a highly entrepreneurial environment
- A good sense of humor!
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the Oracle Consulting space.
- Experience recruiting across Oracle Cloud applications: ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, Data Analytics, Reporting, and/or Integration would be preferred.
Compensation:
Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000 to $110,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
