Ensure adherence to objectives, safety, environmental, and infection control standards. Process a variety of specimens in accordance with established protocols. Perform data entry into hospital and laboratory information systems. Monitor requests for laboratory testing that have not been processed. Conduct quality assurance checks on outpatient requisitions to ensure data accuracy. Rotation to weekends and holidays may be required.
