Employment Type Full-time Requirements Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Experience: Minimum of one year of dental assisting experience. Licensing: Preference given to candidates with a current state dental assistant registration/license (CDA/RDA). Surgical Proficiency: Proven experience assisting in surgical procedures. We are looking for someone comfortable with high-stakes clinical environments. Job Description Clinical Excellence: Provide direct chairside assistance to the Doctor during complex endodontic procedures and surgeries. Safety & Sterilization: Manage rigorous sterilization protocols for instruments and operatories, ensuring 100% compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines. Technology: Utilize digital imaging and electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain accurate patient data. Team Support: Periodically assist the front desk team (answering phones, checking patients in/out, and collecting payments) during peak hours or to cover staff shortages.
