Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general, orthopedic (total joints), and gynecological nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a surgical setting.
Utilize advanced technical skills to operate complex surgical equipment.
Maintain aseptic techniques during surgical procedures.
Participate in on-call duties and effectively manage patient care during scheduled hours.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Current Massachusetts RN license required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA at the time of submission.
Demonstrated O.R. experience with knowledge of orthopedic trauma and general surgical procedures.
Experience with robotic surgical systems is essential, particularly in orthopedics, gynecology, and general surgery.
Proven ability to operate endoscopic, laser, and various surgical equipment including orthopedic, plastic, podiatry, neuro, general, thoracic, urology, and vascular instruments.
Experience with dysrhythmia and medication management.
Travel nursing experience is required.

Additional Requirements

COVID-19 booster and flu vaccination required; medical exemptions accepted.
Must have no more than three consecutive days off approved during assignments.
Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
Only natural nails are permitted; unchipped polish and short nails required.
