Billing and Posting Representative

Investigating and resolving billing issues, the full-time Billing and Posting Representative will analyze consumer and commercial complaints, negotiate settlements, and document resolutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Investigate and analyze consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints Negotiate and authorize billing settlements within established limits Document and report on billing issues and resolutions to customers Required qualifications Experience in billing or accounts receivable management Strong analytical and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with billing software and tools High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or business preferred
