Desktop Support Technician

A financial services organization is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Pensacola, FL. This role provides hands-on enterprise desktop support, including workstation troubleshooting, hardware deployments, and end-user technology assistance in a fully onsite environment.
About the Opportunity:- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Onsite
- Provide hands-on support for Windows workstations, laptops, peripherals, and end-user hardware.
- Support Microsoft 365 deployment and migration activities.
- Perform large-scale hardware deployments, workstation refreshes, and equipment installations.
- Support virtual desktop infrastructure environments and related end-user technology issues.
- Manage IT asset inventory, equipment logistics, and device lifecycle activities while documenting work in ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
- 1+ years of desktop support or technical support experience in an enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure.
- Experience supporting large-scale hardware deployments.
- Experience with IT asset management and equipment logistics.
- Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing platform.
- Ability to work onsite with frequent overtime and after-hours support, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and crawl under desks or office furniture to install and support equipment.
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification.
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
