The salary range for this position is $330,000.00 - $425,000.00 (Annually)

Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity.

Description

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a General OB/GYN Physician to join an established, multidisciplinary women’s health team in Naperville, IL, located in the western suburbs of Chicago. This opportunity offers the support of experienced physicians, advance practice providers, and clinical staff, fostering a highly collaborative environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a physician who values teamwork, continuity of care, and contributing to a strong women’s health program serving the Winfield market and surrounding communities.

• Provide full-spectrum general OB/GYN care at a Level III hospital
• Balanced blend of outpatient clinic, allocated OR time, and call coverage
• Established OB Hospitalist program that provides inpatient call support
• On-site NICU staffed by Lurie Children’s neonatologists
• Access to modern facilities and strong referral network
• System-wide Epic EMR and Da Vinci robotic systems
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including MFM, Gynecologic Oncology, Urogynecology, and OB Anesthesia
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program development 
• Salary range starting at $330, 000-$425,000

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• BC/BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain) in IL
• DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
