This is a Warehouse Associate - Picking/Packing opportunity based in Goodyear, AZ , working indoors in a temperature-controlled facility to pick and pack medical scrubs and apparel. It's a production environment with clear daily goals, but the physical demands are straightforward: the product is lightweight, with no significant heavy lifting - though you will be on your feet for the entirety of the shift. What You'll Be Doing Pick and pack medical scrubs and apparel to meet daily production goals Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Use handheld scanners or similar technology to track orders as needed Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area throughout your shift What We're Looking For Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of a shift Comfort working toward daily production goals in a fast-paced environment Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required Reliable personal transportation (see Location & Travel below) Strong teamwork and attention to detail Compensation & Work Model $18.40/hr Onsite B Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM-2:00 AM (10.5-hour shifts). Onboarding: PM Onboarding at 2:30 PM Location & Travel Goodyear, AZ, near W. Indian School Rd & Loop 303.
