Occupational Therapist San Andreas, CA Specialty: Rehab Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1694 - $2041 | Shift: 5x8 Days Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of your patients? Do you thrive in a dynamic rehab environment where you can collaborate with interdisciplinary teams? Join us in San Andreas, CA, where your skills and compassion will help patients regain their independence and improve their daily living skills. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. Your role will involve evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to enhance patients' abilities to perform daily activities.
- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
- Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
- Document services accurately and timely
- Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
- Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
