The Opportunity This role bridges two unique brand verticals under our ecosystem: Hot Paws (National DTC ): A fast-growing pet care brand delivering hand-blown glass "Emotional Artifacts" nationwide and pioneering premium veterinary clinic partnerships. This is a high-output, task-oriented position designed for a modern creative who wants to master the future of media buying, digital asset scaling, and AI content production. Working directly under our Media Buyer and Lead Creative, your primary mission is to leverage our advanced AI stack to generate a high volume of static and video creative assets (50+ pieces in the aggregate monthly) to fill creative gaps and keep our paid media channels scaling. While DTC paid media is the core priority, you will cross-pollinate the brands by stepping into our vibrant Asbury Park studio twice a month to capture raw, high-yield assets to feed our digital content ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing: High-Volume AI Asset Generation (Primary Focus) Paid Media Scaling: Turn winning ad concepts into dozens of static and video variations to keep our paid acquisition channels fresh. AI Stack Execution: Use our integrated tool workflow to prompt, script, and generate high-fidelity digital assets that meet strict brand guidelines. Data-Driven Iteration: Review performance data with the media buying team and rapidly pivot creative outputs based on real-time ad account metrics. Studio Content Capture & Cross-Pollination (Secondary Focus) On-Set Asset Capture : Lead 2 comprehensive on-site content shoots per month at our Asbury Park studio to grab raw, high-energy video and photo assets. Organic Frameworks: Turn raw studio energy into our flagship "Mic-ed Up" series and architect 8–12 high-quality short-form pieces (Reels/Shorts) a month to fill the gaps between our core lifestyle video drops. Brand Activations: Support occasional high-impact live brand events, turning physical studio moments into digital stories. You get a kick out of seeing a massive volume of work go live rapidly. AI-Literate: You are comfortable prompting, iterating, and maintaining speed and precision within a professional AI workflow. On-Set Presence & Energy: You are a natural communicator who is comfortable stepping onto a busy, active production floor, commanding the room, and effortlessly capturing the raw footage you need. Digital Native: Short-form video editing (pacing, hooks, trends) is second nature to you. You understand what makes people stop scrolling.
