This role is ideal for hands-on leaders with expertise in home services who thrive in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.Essential job functions include supervising day-to-day sales activities across the HVAC department, hiring, training, and leading team members, developing and promoting a culture of safety, integrity, growth, and performance, conducting team and individual performance reviews, enforcing company policies and procedures, managing customer requests and resolving concerns professionally, conducting and participating in weekly sales training, staying up to date on HVAC services, products, and processes, engaging customers in meaningful conversations about their HVAC systems, establishing rapport and trust with customers by offering tailored solutions, generating new business opportunities through customer referrals, follow-ups, and actively seeking potential service or upgrade opportunities while on the job, working closely with our trades managers, dispatchers, and sales teams to ensure timely scheduling and seamless follow-up on leads or job opportunities, and meeting and exceeding personal sales goals while maintaining high standards of technical service.Essential job requirements include a high school diploma or GED equivalent, 2+ years in a management role, 2+ years in a sales-related role, proven experience hitting and exceeding sales metrics, strong sales, customer service, and closing skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, an assertive and confident personality, ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions, ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately, commitment to company values, basic computer skills, reliable and punctual attendance, and fluent ability to speak, read, and write in English.Preferred qualifications include ServiceTitan experience, home services experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and HVAC license or certification.Pay: $150,000+ (Base + Bonus)Schedule: Monday – FridayBenefits include medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance, disability and term life insurance, matching 401(k), paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).Candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
