Key Responsibilities: Serve as the Circulator during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients throughout the operation Prepare the operating room by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready for use Assist the surgical team by providing necessary instruments and supplies in a timely manner Monitor and document patient status and surgical procedures accurately Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control standards at all times Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate patient care and surgical activities Maintain a clean and organized surgical environment, following all safety guidelines We foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that values continuous learning and professional growth.
