We are currently hiring a Part Time Concierge / Front Desk Receptionist / Front Desk Associate for our senior living community front desk. This person will be a pleasant, polished, and helpful first point of contact for residents, families, staff, and visitors.

Shift Details: Currently need someone for 4pm to 8pm, 4pm to 12am, and every other weekend. Please note that this may change throughout employment, as needed, with notice.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents and visitors in a polished, professional, discreet manner
• Manage the front desk sign in and sign out process for visitors and vendors; handle and direct incoming phone calls
• Inform residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and flowers
• Accommodate residents' requests for assistance, referring to other staff as necessary
• Provide marketing information to visitors
• Assist the Activities Department with program and event reservations; collect program and event fees; maintain accurate records
• Maintain and regularly update databases of resident general information and update and distribute resident phone lists; handle other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
• Support other departments as needed to ensure high quality resident service
• Demonstrate positive resident relations and the community's quality care and service standards to residents, families, and guests; maintain a positive, cheerful attitude at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned; attend in service classes and staff meetings
• Regular and predictable attendance, daily

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to read and write in English; Spanish helpful, not required
• Ability to work with the elderly in a courteous and friendly manner
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
• At least 1 year of related work experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, receptionist, or senior living roles preferred
